Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
