Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
